The company was born in 1997 initially as a specialist intercom company, as our knowledge of the products grew, we began to innovate, we quickly saw that the internet was a huge opportunity to trade to a wider audience. With this in mind we designed our own web site, then later on added our unique 'Intercom Handset Finder Tool' (which started life as an in-house tool) where users can easily identify their damaged or smashed door entry intercom handset, view and zoom in on high resolution pictures within our PDF files (most with one and two way wiring diagrams) to enable engineers and customers to wire up products sold by the company and as technology came on stream we added an on-line shop facility.

(5) We always specify OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers products) and do not trade in fakes or copies, your system will always work best with the manufacturers direct replacement parts..

HOW DO I ORDER ?
Simply browse the shop site, select the item you wish to buy, select the quantity if you would like more than 1, and click "add to basket". You can then review your order and proceed to the checkout, you will then be asked to enter delivery address details and on submitting those details will be transferred to our credit card processing company NOCHEX for payment, this is a secure site with 128bit encryption to ensure your details are safe, get your payment confirmation e-mail and your done ! CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE ?
Sorry it is not possible to collect orders from the warehouse, for health and safety reasons public access is not permitted.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?
When you purchase a product you are given an order number, if you go to the shop area click on "Order Status" and type your order number into the "Order ID" box then enter your e-mail address (ie the one used when you purchased the item) then click "View Order Status" You will see which stage your order is at. If it shows packing or shipped it will be too late to change things, however if it still says New Order . . . . . there is a chance we can put the order on hold.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL ?
We use ROYAL MAIL 1st Class signed for service, when your order is sent we issue a tracking number, you can use this on the ROYAL MAIL web site to find out where your parcel is, we have links on our web pages to access this service or just click here TRACKING and type in your tracking number in the box (It looks something like this AU123456789GB).
WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
If you are not at home when the postie tries to deliver, they will leave a note with instructions on where the parcel is, generally the item will be returned to the local sorting office where it is held for 18 days before being returned to sender.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR REDELIVERY ?
Yes, if you were not in when the Post Office attempted to deliver your parcel you can arrange for it to be re-delivered on the post office web site or just click here RE-DELIVERY
