Intercom Handset Finder Tool

In the data sheets (requires a PDF reader) you will find more high resolution pictures (that you can zoom into), typical wiring diagrams and connection information, to help you find the right replacement intercom handset. Your system will always work best with the manufacturers direct replacement. Once you have found the right one we will either sell it to you via the online shop or we can special order that in for you if the product is still available.

1) Look through the pictures and locate your handset (we have taken pictures of the insides as well on most examples, just in case it's smashed to bits.

2) Check that the terminal markings are the same as those listed (some models look the same but have 2 and 5 wire versions) view the data sheet if you are still unsure. NOTE : Some housing association systems use converted standard handsets (ie Urmet, BPT, Comelit etc), so check the internal circuit board looks the same, or else it will not work. If you are still in doubt, e-mail us a picture inside and out and we will try to identify it.

3) Click on the 'CHECK AVAILABILITY' button where you will either be re-directed to our on-line shop to purchase or drop us details so we can order the handset in for you as a special order.
